We are a marketing agency seeking a talented and motivated web developer to join our team. As a web developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and modifying our clients' websites. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing specialists to create high-quality websites that fit the needs of our clients.

‍Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain websites primarily using Webflow and WordPress - We are a Webflow First agency but have many WordPress websites that we maintain and update for our clients
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure consistent performance across various devices
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to gather and define project requirements
• Translate Figma design mockups and wireframes into functional web pages
• Basic ability to edit and optimize photos and videos to prepare for use on a project
• Perform website testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal functionality
• Manage DNS information to publish websites and update records for various purposes
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends
• Conduct regular website performance evaluations and optimizations, including page speed, SEO, and more

‍Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a web developer, with a strong portfolio of previous projects
• Familiarity with Webflow systems and frameworks such as Client-First and Attributes by Finsweet and the Relume Component Library
• Moderate skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript are required to achieve specific results
• Experience with content management systems (e.g. Webflow CMS)
• Ability to use automation software such as Zapier and Make
• Understanding of Webflow Integrations and plugins to improve the capabilities of certain websites
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
• Basic understanding of design principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Brownie Points For: 
• Design experience in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Cloud. 
• Knowledge in sitemap creation and website planning. 
• Familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Relume AI Site Builder.
